RATS has supplied, directed, hosted, or created the services for over 200 events over the last 12 years in over 10 different locations including Dallas, Memphis, Miami, Chicago, and New York. The following work flows are some processes and activities that we often use to implement conferences of different types ranging from standard meetings to big conferences and festivals.

RATS has devised a proven and novel method for building the confidence and training teenagers to overcome their life challenges and pursue their first career with full commitment. Embedded in our numerous previous experiences in art and technology over the years are 100s of encounters with struggling teenagers ranging in age from eight to fifteen. These teenagers feel their life is living them instead of vice-versa. Our goal is to bridge them using our educational services into a productive first career using a four year program.
